I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Bodyworker & Reiki Master who has received training in a wide variety of Massage styles, including Swedish/Relaxation, Blended Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Couples, Prenatal, Infant/Toddler, Sports, Chair, Thai Yoga Stretching & Fijian Barefoot Massage.
In addition to Massage, I also provide many Spa Specialties, such as, Indian Head Massage, Rejuvenating Facials, Contouring Body Wraps, Soothing Salt Glows, Aromatherapy/Raindrop Therapy, Reiki Energy Work, Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage, Pampering Foot Spa Treatments. In other words...I have treatments to soothe your mind & spirit, as well as, services to relax your body from head to toe!
As a female, I am especially interested in issues of women’s healthcare & wellness. I specialize in therapies for all stages of female health development: from infancy, childhood and adolescence, into adulthood, pregnancy, menopause and beyond. Many females see me for physical and emotional relief of conditions such as stress, pregnancy aches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, premenstrual syndrome, eating disorders, arthritis, back pain & headaches. Others visit for “much kneaded” relaxation, pampering & nurturing touch.
As the founder of Vista Massage Wellness Studio, I also work alongside several other Healing Arts Professionals...this allows us to offer sessions for Individuals, Couples & Wedding/Spa Parties in serene side-by-side spa suites within our comfortable massage studio.
